When your wallet reaches a low limit, it automatically recharges with a set amount, ensuring uninterrupted service. This approach keeps costs predictable and eliminates the hassle of frequent transactions. Below, you’ll find a breakdown of the rates for each communication type.

Phone Calls
Calls can be made and received using your computer/browser, iPhone or Android app.

"Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code" is a messaging system in the U.S. that allows businesses to send SMS and MMS messages through software services such as TourSync. It is designed for higher messaging volumes than traditional person-to-person messaging while ensuring compliance with carrier regulations.
A2P 10DLC requires registration with mobile carriers to reduce spam and improve message deliverability which involves an approval process and a fee which depends on your number of daily segments needed (1 segment = 160 characters). It provides businesses with a cost-effective, reliable, and compliant way to engage customers via text.
Low Volume Standard Brand registration is limited to 6,000 segments: $4.41 one-time registration fee
Standard Brand registration enables up to 60,000 segments per day: $48.51 one-time registration fee (includes secondary vetting)
