Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Zapier or 3rd party software to integrate my ticketing software?

No! We setup your integration directly into TourSync for you. Every time someone purchases a ticket, their contact and tour details are automatically imported into the CRM.

I have templates in Mail Chimp / email campaign software, can you copy them over?

Yes! We can copy up to 5 templates for you, free of charge.

Do you use SMS or whatsApp?

If you are US based with only US clients, you may be fine using only SMS. If you have any international clients, it is strongly advised to integrate whatsapp. TourSync automatically chooses which text system to use based on the country code of your guest.

Can I reply to SMS and whatsApp messages?

Yes! Using your online number, you can directly reply or automate messages right back to your guests.

Can I use my current phone number?

We can port your existing phone number into our system, enabling you to send and receive both SMS and phone calls, as well as leverage it for automations. Please note that some carriers do not allow number porting, so it’s important to check with us in advance to confirm whether your number is eligible.

Is there a minimum contract?

There is no minimum contract, cancel anytime.

Are there any setup fees?

Whilst there are currently no setup fees, we do need to receive the first months payment before we start.
